Pancho was born in the Philippines and grew up in Toronto, Canada. He came to Orlando, Florida and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1995, majoring in Biology. He continued his education at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and attained his Master of Physical Therapy degree in 1999. During one of his internships, Pancho was able to assist in the rehabilitation of professional athletes for the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars.
Since graduation, he has worked at Columbia – Winter Park Memorial Hospital, Orlando Regional Medical Center, Florida Hospital, CORA Rehabilitation, Dr P. Phillips Hospital, and Gentiva Healthcare. For 10 years prior to opening All In Physical Theraphy, Pancho was a Clinic Manager/Supervisor for 2 different organizations. During that time, Pancho has also been a Clinical Instructor for several Physical Therapy students from various Universities from across the nation.
He has assisted in the interview process for potential applicants to the University of St. Augustine Physical Therapy program, and has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Florida Physical Therapy Association since 1997.
In his spare time, Pancho enjoys playing poker, surfing, watching sports, and being with his wife and 3 children.
Julie Gajo, RNC-MNN, CLC
Julie was born in an Army base hospital in Fayeteville, NC where her Physical Therapist dad was stationed. She grew up in her family’s native city of Ponce, Puerto Rico. Julie’s family moved back in to the USA in 1991 to Orlando, Florida and she completed her Nursing education in 1997. She worked for Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida which gave her many valuable experiences. In 1999, she began the path to work in her Nursing “passion”, her “niche” in Nursing: OB and Neonatal Nursing. Julie remains very much part of her unit’s Mother/Baby nursing team and is currently employed in a downtown Orlando hospital.
During her career, Julie has become certified as a Lactation Educator, and also completed her National Maternal Newborn Nurse Certification (RNC-MNN) in 2010. Julie enjoys working with the newborns and mothers at the hospital and participates in the unit’s Nursing Practice Council. She is an avid advocate for Women’s / Newborn’s / Children’s health, nutrition, and wellness.
Julie is also a very active member in her church, and community. Not only Julie is an active member at her daughter’s school(s) PTA and SAC organizations, but also a dedicated Leader in her East Orlando Girl Scout troop. Julie enjoys reading and mostly spending time with her 3 children. She comes to All-In Physical Therapy, full of energy and enthusiasm. Her passion for helping and promoting wellness to any patient population is evident in her years of experience.
Angela Marlowe, MSPT
Angela Marlowe is a native Floridian. She is a Lake Nona resident where she resides with her husband Sean and their 3 children.
Angela has lived in Orlando since 1998 when she began attending The University of Central Florida. She graduated with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 2001. Following graduation, she went on to become certified in Vestibular Therapy from Dr. Susan Herdman at Emory University. Angela worked in the inpatient and outpatient settings for 14 years with a focus on vestibular/balance, neurological, and orthopedic rehab before joining the All In Physical Therapy family in 2015.
In her spare time, Angela enjoys traveling with her family, exercising, volunteering at her children's school, cheering on the UCF Knights, and spending time with friends and family.
Kendal Marks, DPT
Kendal is a Physical Therapist from Fort Worth, Texas. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX in 2016. Prior to UIW, she graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science. Kendal’s passion towards Physical Therapy began at a young age while performing on competitive dance teams for over 10 years. Her clinical interests lie in Sports Medicine and Manual Therapy.
Since moving to Orlando, Kendal enjoys traveling, yoga, circuit training, and trying out new restaurants. She also loves cheering on the Sooners and the Dallas Cowboys!
Andres Barrera, PTA
Andres Barrera is a Physical Therapist Assistant who grew up in Colombia, South America, and moved to the United States in 2002. Andres then completed his associate’s degree from Penn State University, Hazleton, PA campus in 2013. Andres also played for Penn State Hazleton men’s soccer team and won a student athlete all conference award. Andres continues to practice his favorite sport in his spare time and currently plays for the Central Florida soccer league. Andres also enjoys attending the Orlando City soccer games and religiously follows the Colombian national team. Currently working at All In Physical Therapy since September 2014, Andres also enjoys helping patients and young athletes to return to their previous lifestyle.
Stacey Wong, PTA
Stacey grew up on the west coast of Florida and moved to Central Florida in 1998 to attend the University of Central Florida, receiving her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Science, with double minors in Physical Science and Health Services Administration in May 2000. Stacey went on to attend Seminole Community College for the Physical Therapist Assistant program, receiving her Associate of Science in May 2003.
Stacey has worked in Orlando for CORA Rehabilitation and then on to Florida Center for Orthopaedics, where she utilized extensive manual techniques to improve function in the spine and with other orthopaedic injuries. Stacey has also worked in skilled nursing facilities for greater than 10 years, in Winter Park. Stacey now is a family member of All In Physical Therapy in the Lake Nona area.
When not at work, Stacey enjoys dancing, eating out, and going on vacations with her husband. Stacey has 3 furry children. Stacey also enjoys staying in physical shape and has competed in local bodybuilding competitions.
